Don't know if you've noticed, but the world is changing!

COMMODIGI started when the internet was a more innocent and friendly place. People signed guest books and linked to each others' 'pages.'



Then the corporations moved in and the previous 'mom and pop' internet became over-developed, monetised and given rules.
It became a dark and heavy main street with down town areas you really needed to avoid. We've survived all that and are taking the next evolutionary step to keep providing the building blocks of an ever-changing web!

What to expect.

Apart from the already mentioned transition to the ubiquitous FBX format, we've hooked up with the alternate internet running on the m-par protocol.
If you've got the app, you can browse and download from the catalogue without restriction.
Like the early cryptocurrencies, that showed promises of decentralised independence, we think that eventually the freedom model will spread to the internet itself.
Whether m-par remains dominant, or is supeceded by something more efficient, we don't know. But we're getting in ahead of the rush.
We're recoding the site to take advantage of the emerging technology and to keep the experience smooth and easy to manage.

Updates and options.

The catalogue is being updated with more divisions, increased feedback mechanisms and, of course, more models. Payments are still through Gumroad, but we're setting up a Sovereign account for the m-par network.
We hear a lot about AI smashing its way through the creative arts like a bull in a china shop, but the death of human activity in the media space has been a little premature.



Like the web itself, we think that once they can successfully monetise AI within the corporate sphere, its ensueing blandness and soul-free product will only highlight the qualities of small, unique production outlets.
